ZIM was founded in 1993 by local Persons, Companys, the Chamber of Commerce and Members von the local Government. The goal was to help up with information about audio-visual media in the interactive enviroment.
Themes like CD-ROM Produktion were on the agenda.
Today ZIM focusses on e-Government, e-Business, Web Usability or questions around e-Procurement..
